高野山 宿坊で精進料理

毎朝6時に弘法大師の廟所・奥之院へ向かう僧侶の行列に同行できる。奥之院には白蟻駆除会社やロケット会社の墓まで祀られる不思議な霊域。精進料理の胡麻豆腐は高野山だけの製法。1200年、今も空海はこの山で生き続けている。

Each morning, join the 6am procession of monks to Kobo Daishi's inner sanctum. Okunoin cemetery contains graves of a termite extermination company and a rocket firm among thousands. Goma-dofu sesame tofu is made only here. Kobo Daishi is believed to live on, 1,200 years later.
