嬉野温泉 日本三大美肌の湯

713年の肥前国風土記に記録された嬉野温泉は、神功皇后が傷ついた白鶴が水浴びして癒えたことから発見したと伝わる。温泉の湯で作る「温泉湯豆腐」は豆腐がとろとろに溶ける嬉野だけの料理。嬉野茶の染色体験でも春水を活用。

Ureshino's springs appear in a 713 AD chronicle — Empress Jingu is said to have discovered them when she saw a wounded crane recover by bathing here. 'Onsen yudofu' tofu dissolves silky in the mineral water — unique to Ureshino. Spring-water tea-dyeing workshops available.
